PARTNERING FOR IMPACT:

When you partner with the Organization for Social Media Safety, you help protect people from the dangers of social media, including cyberbullying, human trafficking, suicide, eating disorders, and sexual predation. We cannot do this alone. Partnerships and collaborations ensure people, especially children, across the United States, can stay safe from these severe, pervasive threats.

We seek partners who understand how dangerous social media can be for people’s physical and mental health, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can work together to make a real and lasting impact in your neighborhood, your region, and across our nation.

Foundation Support

Our foundation donors are vital to our work, making it possible for the Organization for Social Media Safety to provide lifesaving social media safety interventions and advocacy to hundreds of thousands of children, families, and educators across the United States. By supporting OFSMS’ capacity to serve students in under-resourced schools, our Foundation partners ensure widespread access to critical social media safety curriculum for those who need it most.

“Partnering with the Organization for Social Media Safety (“OFSMS”) has enabled the Bronstein Family Foundation and our anti-cyberbullying initiative “Buckets Over Bullying” to rapidly make a positive impact on both a local (Illinois) and National level. OFSMS has been a key ally in our efforts for advocacy, legislation and education regarding online safety, and cyberbullying in particular. Their team is highly dedicated and professional and their university research partnerships put them at the cutting edge of critically-needed data to counter the crisis of social media harms.”

We honor our foundation donors’ commitment by featuring them in our annual report and published donor listings. We also keep our supporters updated through our quarterly newsletter and special event invitations with our executive director and staff. We send annual foundations reports on the impact of their grants to OFSMS.

Corporate Support

Our valued business partners help us scale our social media safety interventions to meet the growing and ever-evolving needs of children, their caretakers, and educators across the county. Corporate funding helps OFSMS protect the physical well-being and mental health of America’s families from the dangers of social media. Support for our groundbreaking research ensures that billions across the world are better protected from the harms of social media.
